Having equipped with two separate slaughtering lines for cattle and sheep with a slaughtering capacity of 1000 heads of light & heavy livestock in each work shift, the Behin store, holder of the Behin commercial brand, is working. This unit also has a meat & raw guts (edible) packaging unit with a capacity of 200 tons and 3 pre-cool units, a freezing tunnel with a capacity of 20 tons in one shift, and preservation cold storage with a capacity of 300 tons. In 2023, this unit started producing canned meats and head & trotters with the Behin commercial brand to develop this chain. Canned veal pieces, canned mutton pieces, canned sheep's head and trotters, and sheep and calf leg juice extracts are among the products supplied in the market by this brand. in the whole process, canned meat and head & trotters are produced in a mechanized way and free from additives and preservatives.
